VinFast to Launch VF 6 and VF 7 Electric SUVs in India – Prices Announced Next Week!

VinFast is all set to make its official debut in the Indian automotive market with the launch of its first models — the VF 6 and VF 7 electric SUVs. The Vietnamese automaker, which showcased its lineup at the Auto Expo earlier this year, has confirmed that pricing for these two models will be announced on 6th September.
Following the recent inauguration of its first showroom in India, VinFast is rapidly expanding its presence, with plans to open 35 dealerships across the country by the end of the year.
Customers can now pre-book the VF 6 and VF 7 through the company’s official website by paying a token amount of ₹21,000. Details regarding available colours and variants for both models are already live on the site.
As for performance, the VF 6 will come equipped with a 59.6kWh battery, while the VF 7 will feature a larger 70.8kWh unit. Specific technical specifications and range figures have not yet been disclosed.
Both vehicles are being assembled at VinFast’s newly established manufacturing facility in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, which currently has an annual production capacity of 50,000 units, scalable up to 1.5 lakh units in the future.
