Who was Agnivesh Agarwal?
Agnivesh Agarwal was a respected business leader and a member of the board of Talwandi Sabo Power Limited (TSPL), a Vedanta Group company. Born on June 3, 1976, in Patna, he completed his schooling at Mayo College, Ajmer. He was known for his passion for boxing and horse riding and for his entrepreneurial mindset.
He played a key role in establishing Fujeirah Gold and also served as the Chairman of Hindustan Zinc. Anil Agarwal had two children—Agnivesh and his daughter Priya Agarwal. Priya is currently on the Vedanta board and serves as the Chairperson of Hindustan Zinc Limited.
